We are the Disciples of the Living God Street Ministry! We are in Marysville California. We are a Christian Ministry that goes out into the world to preach the truth! See, Jesus said "Therefore go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit..." (Matt. 28:19) and that's just what we intend to do!

Statement of Faith:

1. There is only one true God. He is the Creator of all life and the Supreme Ruler of the universe. He eternally exists in three Persons: Father, Son, and Holy Spirit. (Genesis 1:26,27, Deuteronomy 6:4, Job 38:1-41:34, Matthew 3:13-17, John 3:16, John 3:36, Romans 1:19-20, 2 Corinthians 13:14, Ephesians 4:6)

2. We believe in the Deity of Jesus Christ whom is the only begotten Son of God. He lived a perfect, sinless life and was crucified to save us from all sin, and we believe in his physical resurrection from the dead and his ascension to Heaven. (John 1:1, 1 Cor. 15:1-7)

3. The Holy Spirit dwells in each member of God's family as a Helper and Guide. At the point of salvation, the Holy Spirit comes to live in us. (John 14:16,17, John 16:7-13, Acts 2:38, 1 Corinthians 6:19,20, Ephesians 3:16-20, Ephesians 5:18)

4. The Bible is the only infallible word of God. (1 Thessalonians 2:13, 2 Tim 3:16-17)

5. Salvation is given to us by Christ Jesus by grace. In order to get this salvation we must do 6 things:

1.) Hear the good news of Jesus Christ (Romans 10:14)

2.) Believe (Hebrews 11:6; Mark 16:16; John 8:24)

3.) Repent of our sins (Luke 13:3,5; Acts 2:38; Acts 17:30; Mark 10:15)

4.) Confess faith in Jesus Christ (Acts 8:36-37; Romans 10:9)

5.) Be baptized by immersion in water for the forgiveness of sins (Acts 2:37-41; 1Peter 3:21; John 3:3-5; Acts 22:16; Romans 6:3-8; Colossians 2:12; Galatians 3:26-27; Mark 16:15-16; Acts 8:34-39; Ephesians 4:5)

6.) Remain faithful for the rest of our lives and carry our cross daily (Revelation 2:10; Matthew 24:13; Luke 9:23)
